This service, in constant contact with the hotels, can prepare a complete information packet on accommodations for you and your requirements.
This service can perform the following:
- Taking options in the hotels
- Assigning participants to the hotels, confirmed by personal letters sent to each participant,
- Information to hotel-keepers and organizers, providing them with lists of persons,
- Hotel assistance throughout the meeting,
